BREAKING: Atiku Arrives The US

The PDP presidential candidate Atiku Abubakar is in the US. Alh. Abubakar arrived Washington DC on Thursday in company with the Nigerian Senate President Bukola Saraki.



Atiku disclosed this on his twitter handle showing a picture of him and Saraki in handshake. It has been widely spread that he could not travel to the US due to alleged corruption case against him.

THERESA MAY will today warn a new Brexit referendum would cause “irreparable damage” — after her key aides were forced to deny plotting one. Insiders has claimed Mr Barwell had told a Cabinet Minister a new referendum was “the only way forward”. However, both has denied they wanted a new referendum.

Barricaded Lagos-Ibadan Expressway Opened

The barricaded Sagamu end of the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway has been opened for commuters. The Federal Controller of Works, Lagos, Mr Adedamola Kuti told journalists during the opening on Tuesday that the barricaded section was opened to ease traffic during the festive period. He said, "the gridlock experienced on the road necessitated the removal of the barricades." He also noted that work will resume on the road as quickly as possible in January so the contractors could maximise the window offered by the dry season.
