Open Grazing Ban, Reno Omokri Slams Attorney-General

Recently the governors of the southern region of Nigeria met in Delta state to discuss the security issues beleaguering the region.

They arose after the meeting and issued a communiqué that contained among other requests/suggestions to the federal government, they issued a ban on open grazing of animals in the region.

However, this ban did not settle well with some Nigerians especially of Northern extracts, who has also openly shared their displeasure over the ban.

Yesterday, Nigeria's Attorney-General was on Channels TV programme 'Politics Today' said the Southern governors ban is constitutionally illegal, and so does not hold water. He directed the governors to first go and change the constitution to grant them such privilege power.

But Reno Omokri has taken to his twitter handle to slam back at the Attorney-General, demanding where he was and his constitutional legality when the Northern governors banned and empowered Hisbah to destroy such businesses of Nigerians up north.

He is also opined, if open grazing for pigs can't be in the North, open grazing of cows shouldn't be in the south.
